Milica showed me a whole new world of connecting with myself through breath. The practice was illustrated by the music and sound of her voice. Before we started she gave me instructions on how to do the breathing style that will help me connect with myself. It was a mixed feeling to experience - one minute, exciting and fast paced, the next, long and soothing. I felt uncomfortable and safe at different times. It's an experience that I recommend to those feeling out of touch, stressed, or anxious. Your first time might surprise you, but come with an open heart.
I loved my first session of Somatic breathing therapy! I was a little nervous until Milica explained everything we would be doing. She put my mind at ease and I felt so comfortable. It was so relaxing and such a journey of my mind! I can’t wait to do it again!
