I recently had an incredible breathwork session with Elizabeth Dils that left me feeling lighter and more at peace. Her calm and supportive guidance made it easy to focus on my intent for the session, allowing me to release pent-up negative emotions that I was still holding onto. As the session progressed, I could feel the energy moving through me, and by the end, I felt renewed and full of gratitude. It was a powerful and healing experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking to let go and reconnect with themselves.

I’ve attended two sessions with Elizabeth Dils, and each time I leave feeling significantly lighter and more refreshed than when I arrived. As someone who tends to overthink, I don’t always enjoy the effort it takes to quiet my mind, but Elizabeth’s guidance has made each session completely worth it. Somatic breathwork has not only helped me release pent-up tension, but it has also allowed me to reconnect with my body, creating a deeper sense of relaxation and mental clarity. Elizabeth creates a supportive and calming environment, making it easy to embrace the practice and its powerful benefits.

I completed a breathwork session with Elizabeth in July 2024. Even though I regularly practice my breath, I had no idea how restricted my breath was coming into our session and Elizabeth was able to help me through some of the knots that released in my body while we were in session. Since then, I have been able to utilize the tools she provided in session to continue my own work. The experience was invaluable.
