Through Somatic Breathwork, I offer a space for emotional release and physical relaxation, inviting each of us to reconnect with our inner peace. Breath by breath, we move toward a deeper, more grateful understanding.
Serga is a wonderful and professional instructor. She was so helpful in creating a space that made me feel at ease and safe which was conducive to fully immersing myself into the experience, a new one for me. I enjoyed Serga’s calm but confident demeanor, which allowed me to relax and concentrate on my inner self during the experience. She was also very clear about respecting personal boundaries.
