I really enjoyed my breath work session with Kristen. She is very knowledgeable about different exercises and it was a wonderful session of learning how to relax and taking the time to get in tune with feelings. She talks through things so you know what to expect and come away from the session feeling much improved. I would recommend her to anyone!
My session with Kristen felt so good! As a yoga instructor I have done a lot of breath work, but I had never done a session fully devoted to breath work. Kristen helped me understand what would happen, made me feel comfortable, and was easy to follow along with. I can’t wait till our next session!
Kristen is amazing at what she does. The breath work session was relaxing, intuitive and gave me a chance to calm down and relax my nervous system. It gave me new energy for the day and made me feel like I could take on any challenge that came my way in a more effective way. She is the best!!
