She has spent the last 19 years as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified EMDR Clinician, specializing in supporting clients who struggle with childhood wounding, physical and sexual trauma, relationship issues, addictions, and much more. In addition to her work as a psychotherapist, she is a Certified Life Coach from the Institute of Certified Coaches and a Certified Somatic Release Breathwork Practitioner. Her foundation is to teach clients to embrace all parts of themselves to achieve wholeness and oneness within their body, heart, and mind so they can liberate their authentic selves.
