my soul purpose is to awaken souls to their power and innate healing within. in my life, i deeply struggled with trusting in my body and in myself. seeking external fixes kept me stuck—until i found the breath. this work reawakened me to my own power, innate healing, and divinity within. in a world that is constantly telling us to go outside of ourselves for the answers, it is time for us to take a radically different approach and go within.
