I came into breathwork completely blind and with an apprehensive mind, as someone who has tried many different methods of controlling my anxiety I wasn't sure if this was going to be a good fit for me, but I am so glad I took the chance. Char made sure to make me feel comfortable from the moment I showed interest, through coaching me through an in person session, and later a virtual session when I felt the in person was too much for me to handle. I leave each session feeling better than when I went in, with a newfound calmness and something to work through until next session.
Charlotte is hands down the most supportive, motivating and authentic breathwork coach I've ever had. She cultivates her own playlist to get you deep into your feels while talking you through the experience you're having with her breathwork sessions and she always knows when to give you quiet space for you to think through the experience on your own. I always have some sort of breakthrough or get answers to what I've wondering about after a session with her. I can't recommend her enough! If you're new to breathwork she's the perfect coach to guide you through, trust me you won't regret it!
Sanctuary with Char was my first experience with breathwork. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.

I cannot recommend these sessions enough. They are incredibly affordable, especially for the amount of healing it has given me already. I love going to the group sessions, but I'm also happy that she offers a variety of options, like individual, couples, and virtual sessions.
