Exhale Boise is a collective of practitioners - Peter Ozuna, Mariah Kidd, and Mike Johnston, who are bringing Somatic Breathwork to places it hasn't been before. Beyond our public group sessions in Boise, Idaho, we also work with local recovery centers and the Idaho Department of Corrections. It's been a life-changing addition to recovery patients and inmates alike - discovering traumas that have kept them stuck and connecting with a higher power for the first time in their lives.
