I’m a foodie with a deep love for life — and I believe that our relationship with food can be one of the most powerful doorways back to self-love, presence, and emotional freedom.
As a trauma-informed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner and Nutritional Therapist, I hold space for people to reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and rebuild trust with food. I hold space for those who feel stuck in cycles of guilt, restriction, or emotional eating — offering a grounded, compassionate path toward nourishment that feels good, inside and out.
Together, we explore how breath, body awareness, and mindful nourishment can support real transformation — not just in how you eat, but in how you live.

I had a Somatic Breathwork Session with Fatima and it was a powerful and eye-opening experience. From the start, she made me feel safe and supported as she gently guided me through breathing exercises that helped me relax and connect deeply with my body. For the first time, I was able to truly feel my emotions through my body - not just in my mind. I never knew how much pain and trauma could be stored in the body. We often work on our emotions through talking or thinking, but this session helped me realize that our bodies carry just as much and also need healing. By the end, I felt lighter, calmer, and more in tune with myself.
