Dedicated to a more beautiful world, Jamie is an Embodiment Coach and SomatIQ Breathwork practitioner who helps people from around the world come more deeply into their purpose, step into offering their unique gifts, and most importantly, learn to love themselves and others more along the way. Co-creating a trauma-informed and nonjudgmental container with his clients, he offers transformational 1-on-1 coaching as well as breathwork sessions to restore and re-pattern their relationships with themselves, others, and the world. This can be done both in-person and virtual, as well as group experiences. Based on individual needs, he offers his clients strategies, tools, and practices to help regulate their nervous systems while reducing stress/anxiety, set healthy boundaries while respecting others, consciously communicate needs, navigate conflict with clarity and confidence, and most importantly, live a more joyful and fulfilling life while actualizing their dreams. While a majority of his work is with adults, he also loves supporting kids, teens, and families as well.
His background and studies include Somatic Psychology, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), Non-Violent Communication and other conscious forms of relating, Breathwork, various movement practices including martial arts, mindfulness and meditation practices, Structural Integration and other forms of massage therapy, Ancestral and Indigenous Wisdom, wilderness and leadership training, Rights of Passage Work, Grief Work, natural building, and much more!
Aside from coaching, he is the founder of Warrior Poet LLC and the Embodied Leadership Program, a container to improve social-emotional learning for at-risk youth in public schools.
He is currently traveling the world and working remotely. In his free time, he enjoys time in the wilderness, going on hikes, cold plunging in wild water, spending quality time with his girlfriend and his friends, martial arts, intuitive movement, reading, writing, foraging and making delicious food, playing chess, traveling, and continuing to seek new opportunities to learn and grow on this beautiful journey that is life.
