Jamie co-creates a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental container with his clients, offering transformational one-on-one coaching and breathwork sessions to help them restore and re-pattern their relationships with themselves, others, and the world. Whether in-person, virtual, or in group experiences, Jamie’s work is deeply tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. With a holistic and integrative approach, Jamie offers you strategies, tools, and practices to help regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, set healthy boundaries, communicate consciously, navigate conflict with clarity, and ultimately, live a more joyful and fulfilling life aligned with your true aspirations. Jamie’s extensive background includes Somatic Psychology, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), Non-Violent Communication, breathwork, martial arts, mindfulness, and meditation practices, among many other disciplines. His work also draws from Ancestral and Indigenous Wisdom, wilderness and leadership training, Rites of Passage Work, and Grief Work, creating a deep and diverse toolbox to guide clients through healing and growth. Aside from coaching, Jamie is the founder of Warrior Poet LLC and the Embodied Leadership Program, which provides social-emotional learning to at-risk youth in public schools. Currently traveling the world and working remotely, Jamie continues to expand his personal and professional growth, balancing his practice with time spent in the wilderness, martial arts, intuitive movement, and meaningful connection with loved ones.
