I received a 1:1 in person session from Jess and had such a profound experience. She made me feel so safe and comfortable even though I was nervous for the session. As I moved through each emotion, she guided me to go deeper into them and I was able to release things that I didn't even know I still carried. When the session came to an end, I'll be honest... I didn't feel so good. But a week or so later when we had our follow up call, I felt so light. Since that session I've had so much clarity on the direction I'm going in my career and my relationship.
