Hey, I’m Matt. Somatic Breathwork has been the most life-changing tool in my journey—helping me heal from addiction, anxiety, and depression. This work doesn’t just shift your mindset; it transforms your body from the inside out. I bring a grounded, no-fluff approach that blends breathwork, myofascial release therapy, energy work, and shadow-work (all the works) to help clients feel safe, empowered, and at home in their skin. Whether it’s in a 1:1 session or during one of my monthly workshops at the Danvers Wellness Center, I guide people through deep emotional release and reconnection with their true selves. I have attended Somatic breathwork practice with Matt, and can’t not tell you enough how wonderful that experience was . This was my first time attending this type of event, and Matt was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process beforehand. The environment felt safe, cozy and relaxing. I felt very light and relieved in the end. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you, Matt, for all the energy, intention and presence .

My breathwork session with Matt yesterday was incredible and transformative, truly one of the best things you can do for yourself. Before getting started, he explains what you're going to be doing, and when and how to do it. Almost immediately into the first stage of breathing, I felt a tingling sensation in both arms that lasted until the session ended. There were a few moments of intense breathing, followed by moments of immense relief. He has such a passion and love for providing this work, which is evident in his presence and energy, his tone of voice, and intuitively-chosen words of comfort. Matt is right there every step of the way to provide prompts and cues, all set to music with beats to breathe to. I'm working on self-acceptance and self-love (a daily practice), and had a beautiful moment where I told myself "I love you," and felt a wave of joy rush through my body; it was as if my entire being could feel the truth of the words and responded in kind. This morning during my meditation, I was able to recall the breathwork and fell so much more easily into a state of relaxation. I have, and will continue to, recommend Matt to friends and clients. Amazing!

My Somatic breathwork session with Matt was amazing! Matt did an awesome job walking me through how the breathwork session would occur and gave me reminders of things to watch out for which put my mind at ease during the session. The breathwork was intense but truly placed me in a state of mental awareness and clarity I have never experienced before. I came face to face with some serious inner trauma and was able to let go of so much pain in the process. I left the session feeling ready to take on this next chapter of my life and as if a large weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I highly recommend Matt for this somatic breathwork experience and also as a Coach!
