Greetings! I am a dedicated Somatic Breathwork practitioner and certified Spiritual Response Therapist with over seven years of experience as an Usui Reiki practitioner and Spiritual Coach. I integrate energy healing, bodywork and intuitive guidance in my Somatic Breathwork practice to foster personal transformation and physical and emotional healing. After facing my own challenges with stress, anxiety and rapidly deteriorating health a few years ago, I discovered the transformative power of breathwork and energy healing which led me to pursue extensive training in different modalities. In my practice, I focus on the importance of the connection between mind, body and spirit.
