
Working with Shani has been one of the most healing experiences of my life. I came to Dragonfly Wellness for a somatic breathwork session- I knew I was carrying a lot of unresolved trauma and chronic stress going into it, and from the very first session (today), I felt something begin to shift. Shani creates such a safe, supportive space — her presence alone made me feel seen, held, and understood.
Through her guidance, I was able to gently release layers of tension and emotional weight I didn’t even realize I was carrying. The session felt like a reset for my nervous system. The way Shani intuitively works with breath and body helped me access a deeper part of myself where real healing could begin without needing to explain or analyze everything.
I left the session feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded. If you’re holding onto trauma or simply overwhelmed by life, I can’t recommend her (and her team) enough. This kind of healing is powerful — and Shani is truly exceptional at what she does.

Shani's somatic breathwork class was amazing. For my first time I had no idea what to expect, and she guided the class extremely well. Shani was attentive, really listens and helped guide me through the session. I was apprehensive, but It was way better than I expected, an amazing experience and quite transformational. It gave me a break from the daily stress and Shani taught me some tools to help me through times of anxiety. I highly recommend Shani to anyone and look forward to the next session.
Absolutely amazing, I live in the uk but the time was organised to suit us both. Shani is such a good listener and talked me through what was going to happen. Was friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed it. I felt heard and safe 🧡 ill definitely be rebooking
