My healing journey began in my early adulthood, when health challenges and a deep disconnection from my body and spirit led to both mental and physical struggles. This forced me to face the reality of how I was living. Through yoga, bodywork, somatic breathwork, and plant medicine I rediscovered my inner wisdom. I fell in love with practices that helped me heal deeply and now feel called to share them with others. My toolset in supporting you in your evolution combines years of hands-on experience and intensive training. It’s my desire to guide my clients in reconnecting to their true selves and finding balance in their lives, just as I did.
