Over the years I have done a tremendous amount of self healing due to many years of trauma. I have learned, grown and evolved through it all and I have a profound compassion for others who have suffered trauma and who have unexpressed emotional pain. It is my absolute joy to love, nurture and inspire others to love, nurture and inspire themselves through the powerful gift of Somatic Breathwork. Somatic Breathwork has changed my life and empowered me to know that I don't have to be overwhelmed by life's stresses, or trauma. It has given me the understanding and tools to be able to regulate my own nervous system. It has helped me to release the stuck emotions from my past and empowered me to step fully into my power as the badass goddess I am.
